[Technology] Isn't artificial disinfection harmful to human body?

Based on clinical thesis, the synthesis of trace amounts of ozone and D-limonene is good for reducing inflammation in the lungs. Also WHO announced that D-limonene is harmless to the human body.

[Technology] Is ozone really coming out? Is ozone harmful to the human body?

Our WADU-02 product generates a small amount of ozone.
Ozone concentration of the product generated is less than 0.02ppm, certified by US ARB ozone test and less than 0.05ppm based on the Ministry of Environment.
It is the highest level in the world with a value lower than the domestic ozone concentration standard of 0.03ppm or less under the CA certification standard of the Korea Air Cleaning Association.

[Cartridge] The warning signal light turns on when I replace it to a new cartridge.

If it doesn't work even though it is replaced to a new cartridge, or if the beep does not sound when the power is turned on, you will need to talk to service center.

When the cartridge need to be replaced, this signal blinking a week ago in advance.
After a week, the device will be stopped automatically.
It is designed for 90 days limitation because the performance and efficacy can be reduced. For this reason, cartridge should be replaced as soon as possible.

The cartridge shelf time is one year and it is vaild for 3 months after open it.
Therefore purchasing two cartridges is recommended when the second cartridge is replaced. Please keep the cartridge in a cool place or refrigerator.

[Device] The device makes noise.

This is the normal fan motor sound inside the machine for spraying OH radical. If you switch to NIGHT MODE, the speed of the motor decreases and the noise of the device decreases. If you hear other noise, please check with service center.

[Device] How can I check whether the touch panel is operating properly?

If the pinwheel indicator light is on, it means that the device is operating correctly. When changing to night mode, only the night mode LED should be on.
If you want to switch to NORMAL MODE just press NIGHT MODE one more time.

[Cartridge] Are there any precautions regarding the cartridge?

The cartridge is used for 3 months and the device stops automatically after 3 months regardless of the remaining amount. Check the cartridge replacement signal and replace it. Since the cartridge liquid is sensitive to temperature and humidity, the cartridge was provided with enough liquid to last in a summer setting. Thus, even after 3 months, the remaining cartridge must be discarded and replaced with a new cartridge. After 3 months, deterioration of the liquid can cause problems to the device’s performance.

[Device] If doing sales by car, will high temperature affect the device inside of the vehicle?

Cartridges should be kept away from direct sunlight and in cool temperatures (18 ~ 25 degrees C) or in refrigerated spaces. The boiling point of the liquid (orange extracted oil) contained in the cartridge is low, so it should be stored with more care in summer, and if stored for a long time in the car, the cartridge liquid may deteriorate.

Yes, it comes with a wall mount kit as well as an Wellis Air stand.

[Technology] How many square meter does the Wellis WADU-02 cover?

Approximately 50 square meter, depending on conditions and layout.

[Device] How much power does Wellis WADU-02 use?

It is incredibly energy efficient at 3.6 watts per hour.

[Cartridge] How often do we need to replace a Filter or UV Lamp?

The Wellis WADU-02 does not use filters or lamps. The cartridge will need to be replaced about every 3 months running 24/7. No messy filters to be handled or replaced.
